Can the use of steroids for bodybuilding cause infertility?

These days, the young generation has become mad about their physical appearance. For bodybuilding, they are using steroids but they are completely neglecting its side effects. Exogenous steroids are unnecessary and disrupt the normal hormonal balance in the body leading to decrease sperm production to sometimes zero sperm production. Hence, it is always advisable to avoid the use of Steroids.
